No. Every product in the VQ Health catalogue is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our materials are not medicines, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use under any circumstances. We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance.

A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued for a specific production batch, recording the analytical tests performed on that batch and their results. Where a COA is available for a VQ Health product it is shown on the product page and in our COA library, tied to the exact batch number being supplied.

Each unit carries the batch number listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Search that batch number in the COA library to view the associated documentation for that lot.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored at -20C, sealed and protected from moisture and light. Short-term handling at 2-8C is acceptable during transit. See the Storage & Handling section of the Documentation Centre for compound-class guidance.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on which providers are currently enabled. Pay by Bank and selected cryptocurrency options can be enabled by our team; the methods visible at checkout are always the live, working options.

Tracked 48 typically arrives in 2-3 working days, and Special Delivery arrives the next working day by 1pm. Orders are packed in protective, discreet packaging appropriate for laboratory materials.

Our standard methods cover UK destinations. For other destinations, contact orders@vqhealth.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm availability and any import considerations for research materials in your jurisdiction.

Unopened products in their original sealed condition can be returned within 14 days. For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, opened or temperature-compromised research materials cannot be restocked or refunded. See the Returns Policy in the Documentation Centre.
