Batch Numbers and Traceability

Traceability is the backbone of credible research supply. At VQ Health every product page shows the batch currently being fulfilled, and every unit shipped carries that batch number.

How it works

1. A batch arrives with supplier documentation.
2. The batch number is recorded against the product in our system.
3. Where testing documentation exists, the COA is uploaded and linked to that batch.
4. Your shipped unit carries the batch number shown on the product page at order time.

Verifying your material

Enter the batch number from your vial into the COA library search. If a certificate exists for that batch it will appear with its original PDF. If no COA exists for a batch, the product page says so — we do not publish placeholder or representative certificates.
