Returns Policy

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE FINAL PUBLICATION

Unopened products in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To start a return, contact orders@vqhealth.co.uk with your order number.

For safety and chain-of-custody reasons we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted or temperature-compromised research materials. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items pass inspection.
